American Idol Andrew Garcia

Also Featured in You Tube: Andrew Garcia and Friends   by Gwen Bartholomew

“Emo” has become a major term for all people who were so emotional, and usually it is associated to gothic look since Goth is the symbol for romance (originating from the idea of Count Dracula whose bleak era and ladies’-man image (the vamp usually chooses women for victims).

This article however is not about being emo and Goth and that guy or gal with the passion for eyeliners (as most emo pips adapted). It has something more to do with music and people who have expressed their passion in such a way that YouTube is packed with such talents.
Background search can consider them as emo in a way as they are their own singer and composer of the songs that became big hits in You Tube, even in iTunes. One in particular is Marie Digby and her “Say it Again” which was fabulous.

With the limelight on American Idol, many can find people to be so focused on the contestants especially on their bets. One in particular that grabbed people’s attention was Andrew Garcia whose popularity grew immediately after his rendition of Paula Abdul’s Straight Up. Guess what? He has his own You Tube Moments as well. Just like Marie Digby he has his own videos of his singing plus with friends. One such friend is AJ Rafael (who absolutely gave goose bumps like his friend).

This is a group of friends who met and just started jamming. This actually made me question if Andrew background check information identifies him as having an Asian heritage. It seems that most of his friends are Filipinos–especially AJ Rafael.
It was through Garcia’s videos that yours truly has come across AJ Rafael’s and more (but it was AJ who stroke the interest in me to go further).

AJ Rafael, as public records search shows to reside in Moreno Valley CA (where Andrew lives), is a musician and composer. The epiphany that he was going to this direction was actually when his father died in 1999.

He has composed a lot of songs already one in particular is presently available in iTunes. However the best song from this guy is the song “She was mine” featuring Jesse Barrera. It was so cool that there were many people who posted their own version of the song.
The lyrics were fantastic. It was kept simple and very direct. Add the fact that the melody was one for a feel good song. It was perfect.
There are more of this guy and Andrew in You Tube just like their friends, Jesse Barrera and Cathy Nguyen who mostly have duets with Andrew with that cool rendition of “Knock You down”.

Will power and the love for this type of craft is what made these people great. It’s their dedication to make it good in their music and make it great on stage has definitely made the stars shine on them more. Take for example AJ with his hit song and Andrew Garcia who’s taken on the American Idol Stage. Their emotions are pouring as they sing and this yours truly is pretty sure has made things definitely looking up for them; and with that I hope it goes even higher.
